Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if the wrong product is delivered or the product is damaged during shipping. Customers must notify Kanshil Custom Moto within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and order details.

Refund Processing

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or installed, damage caused due to improper installation, change of mind after delivery, or minor cosmetic variations.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty must follow the specific warranty terms mentioned in the warranty certificate provided with the product
