Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Certain products such as custom automotive parts, machinery, or made-to-order items may require 3–10 business days for processing before dispatch. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Partner

Kanshil Custom Moto uses NimbusPost for order shipping and logistics. NimbusPost integrates with multiple courier partners including DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, and others to deliver products across India.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines: Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other locations: 4–7 business days. Remote locations: 5–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track their shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before completing payment.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery customers must record an unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package. Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the product is handed over to the courier partner through NimbusPost, Kanshil Custom Moto will assist customers with tracking but cannot guarantee delivery timelines controlled by courier companies.
